convenient location sharing lounge elegant gardens
the location was super convenient and close to the airport transfer, just steps away i could easily hop on a bus! a total lifesaver with all my luggage! also the sharing lounge was awesome, it had a fridge and freezer. tables so i could totally eat whenever i wanted. the gardens and walkway to the hotel looked gorgeous, very elegant and majestic!
i noticed some minor dust in certain corners

victorian style free breakfast helpful staff nice view
i stayed in a victorian style room. breakfast was free and very convenient. the staff were helpful and provided pastries for my early departure. the view from the second floor was really nice showing the street and distant mountains.
the shower temperature fluctuated a lot. it switched from hot to cold quickly.

The bedroom included comfortable beds. Breakfast offered juice and wrapped croissants. The coffee machine WAS convenient. The location is a short walk from Haymarket.
The entry system needed the email login details and constant phone charge.

convenient location near haymarket
fresh espresso tourist maps bag drop helpful staff
The accommodation was clean and well-presented. i found a coffee machine , made fresh espresso and cappuccino. tourist maps and handouts were available in the main lobby. i was able to leave my bags before check-in. The staff provided cutlery and plates so i could eat in the dining room.
The room doors cannot be closed quietly. I found this a little disruptive

Quiet stay close to transit
clean room smooth check-in tourist maps fresh drinks
the room was very clean and quite well furnished. check-in was smooth and i could leave my luggage after checking out. i appreciated the availability of tourist maps in the lobby. the breakfast was simple, but the coffee machine made fresh drinks..
the first day i stayed, there was no hot water in the shower. i had to call to get it fixed because there aren't any staff on-site.
